Data and purpose

Through the contact form we collect your name, company, work email and the description of the application you propose. We use this data solely to answer your request and evaluate a possible collaboration. The legal basis is the consent you give by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting collaboration, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

Recipients

The data is processed by the Hyper Tact team and is neither shared with third parties nor transferred outside the European Union. The site is hosted on a server in Germany. The form sends the data by email to our company address.

Cookies and third-party tools

This site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: your browser sends its IP address to Google to fetch them. Links to YouTube open on youtube.com, where Google's privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@hypertact.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
